I think well maybe, a thing comes up and shows you the mistakes, but you choose the ones you WANT to fix, incase there are slang wordss like lol, etc.

use ms word to spell check first then import into your pages.

It's a good idea, but I already use Google Chrome so I would have no need for it.
I just right click on a word and it gives suggestions. -

Use Firefox. It Spell Checks whatever Text box your typing into.

firefox and i think internet explorer, and i'm thinking safari also does spell checking as you type
